The Renaissance club has been included with other agencies in Lowell to be a recipient of Federal grant monies provided by the Federal stimulus package If you live in the city of Lowell, have a mental illness and are either homeless or at risk for homelessness, you are eligible to fill out an application.

People who will use these services will need to be at or below 50% of the area median income. You must be homeless or at risk for homelessness and have no appropriate subsequent housing options identified. Additionally, the household must lack financial resources and support networks to obtain immediate housing or remain in their existing housing.
